A classic expression of washed Indonesian coffee that represents the hard work of Yenny and her family in Gayo Mountain, Sumatra. We sourced this coffee through Ariga Coffee in Melbourne, Australia. 

Ariga Coffee is a green coffee importer owned by husband and wife, Michael and Yenny Samsir, who source coffee from Yenny's family farm in Gayo Mountain as well as the surrounding areas, including the Java region. The couple also run a noodle shop in Clayton called PBK Noodles where they serve Indonesian style coffee and handmade noodles in a traditional style.

 This Washed Catimor  is a crowd pleaser that pairs well with milk or as a rich smooth espresso, with strong notes of dark chocolate supported by nuttyness with a hint of tropical fruit.
